The scientific staff of Eco-Consultants S.A. consists of highly qualified experts (biologists, agronomy engineers, aquaculture specialists and environmentalists).
All members of Eco-Consultants have extensive experience in conducting Environmental Impact Assessment Studies, Special Environmental Studies, Management Plans and Special Ecological Evaluation. The number of scientists and the long collaboration among them guarantees the interdisciplinary approach of the research and the projects undertaken.
For the successful completion of the projects undertaken the firm collaborates with specialized professionals in the fields of topography, G.I.S., law etc. and also with universities, technological institutes and other consulting firms.
The staff members K. Zannaki and G. Vavizos are active in the field of environmental issues since 1979, initially in the design and construction of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants and later on in the environmental impact assessment of plants and activities of the public and private sector and in natural environment monitoring.
The company’s scientists have authored numerous books some of which are taught in undergraduate and graduate university programs and technical colleges.
They have also presented papers in scientific journals, and posters and oral presentations at scientific conferences and congresses.
Legal representative of the company is Mrs Katerina Zannaki, biologist.

Mrs KATERINA ZANNAKI, BIOLOGIST
Position: President and Managing Director
Education:
- Diploma in Biological Sciences (University Of Athens, 1978).
- Executive Specialization of members of public and private sector in techniques of environmental diagnosis of companies – EMAS (Greek Productivity Center - VDAB Belgium 1992).
- Executive Specialization of members of public and private sector in policy of environmental protection (Greek Productivity Center - Β.Β.Ι Bremen Germany 1993).
Qualifications:
- Order of public consultants in the fields of environmental and aquaculture studies.
- Member of the Geotechnical Chamber of Greece and of the Hellenic Association of Biologists.
- Author of handbooks concerning water and wastewater monitoring and quality control, natural environment and environmental impact assessment studies.
- Speaks English and Spanish.

- Order of public consultants in the fields of Agricultural Studies (Design and cost-benefit analysis of Crops, Livestock Farms, etc) and phyto-technics (Land restoration and reclamation of disturbed areas).
- Specialized in tissue culture in the Multiplication Technology Station of the Ministry of Agriculture, and in hydro-agriculture in the Laboratory of Agricultural Constructions of the Agriculture University of Athens.
- Expert in CAD and GIS Software.
- Certified Expert in Quality Management Systems.
- Speaks English and Italian.

Mr GEORGE VAVIZOS, BIOLOGIST
